Réception

We arrive after the closing of the Reception, how do we get the keys?

You must inform the reception of your late arrival, so that the hostesses can deposit the sheets and towels if necessary. You will find an envelope with your name on the door of the reception located in the center of the Holiday Village, with inside the plan (location of your apartment) as well as the keys of the accommodation.

At what time can we take up our rent?

The delivery ok keys takes place at 6 pm, possibility of having accommodation earlier in the season and after the season. To do this, you must go to the Reception to carry out the formalities. You will leave your telephone details so that the hostesses can contact you as soon as the apartment is available.

How do we, in case of problems in the apartment, the day of arrival?

It is imperative that you inform the reception. The team will work to satisfy your request.

We leave very early in the morning, how do we deliver the keys?

The day before your departure, you will have to present yourself at the reception to inform the hostesses. You will need to ensure that your entire stay is paid. On the morning of your early departure, you will have to throw away your garbage in the spaces provided and deposit the keys of the accommodation in the mailbox located in front of the reception.

At what time do we have to vacate the rental on the day of departure?

Departure is at 10 am at the latest. Beyond this schedule, the management of the Holiday Village can charge you an extra night.

How can we do if we wish to leave later?

You can ask at the reception if your apartment is subsequently re-rented or not.

Is there a Wifi connection?

There is free WiFi connection at low speed (for now) in each of the apartments. However, only one electronic device at a time. When you activate the connection inside the housing or on the terrace, you will see several connection networks, you take the strongest even if this does not correspond to the area of your apartment. Then you have to enter the identifier followed by the password (they are given by the reception). Once the connection is active, leave the page open and then open another one to start navigation. If you want a multiple Wifi connection, you can go to the bar. In this sector, you can connect several phones, computers and tablets at the same time. You ask for a new code for the bar staff.

From what age do we have to pay the tourist tax?

The resort tax costs EUR 0,60 per person per day.

Is final cleaning obligatory?

Final cleaning is mandatory. The day of your departure, the apartment must be in order. We will ask you to empty your trash in the containers provided for this purpose and to do the dishes. You will also have to bring the sheets and towels to the laundry room next to the Reception.

Is there a hotel service?

The Holiday Village offers a hotel service for each apartments. The price varies according to the type of accommodation.
The interior and exterior cleaning (the terrace), the change of sheets (beds made) and towels, twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays)..

Is linen supplied?

Linen is an extra charge. Bed linen costs 8.50 euros per person per week. Towels cost 3.80 euros per person per week.

Is there a change of sheets and towels during the stay?

If you are staying two weeks or more in the Holiday Village, a change is planned on Sunday morning between 8 am and 12 am at the laundry room next to the Reception. If you want an extra change, it will be charged.

Are there shuttles to go to the town of Ghisonaccia?

During the period of July and August, a shuttle service connects the Holiday Villages and the town. You will have informations at the reception or the Tourist Office.

What are the transports between Bastia Airport and the Holiday Village?

There are several possibilities.

- Taxis
- Car sharing / Ask beforehand
- Public bus / Accuracy: one pass per day
- Renting Car

We do not offer transfers.

What supermarkets are open on Sundays?

You have in the heart of the Holiday Village a small supermarket open from May to October every day. In July and August, the Leclerc shopping center in Ghisonaccia and the Casino shopping center in Prunelli di Fium Orbu are open every Sunday morning from 8 am to 1 pm. The SPAR, which is 800 meters from the Holiday Village, is open daily from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm from June to September.

Are there producer or clothing markets?

Corsican markets are rare. These are not a typical specialty on the island.
The clothing market on Ghisonaccia takes place every first Wednesday of each month. As far as the farmers' market is concerned, it is developing in the village of Prunelli di Fium Orbu every Wednesday and Saturday mornings between 7:30 and 13:30, from late May to early October or on Wednesday morning in the town of Ghisonaccia.

How can we play Archery?

You must first register at the reception. The hostesses will give you the sport card which costs 3 euros per person per day. The 'Archery' activity is scheduled every day at 11 am. The sports instructor comes to pick you up in front of the reception desk and then take you to the archery site.

What are the timetables of the Micheline (Corsica Train) linking Corte / Ajaccio?

You will find the schedules of the micheline, displayed at the reception desk.

Are there washing machines in the Holiday Village? How do they work?

Washing and drying machines are located in front of the small supermarket, behind the laundry room. As for the operation, you must first select the machine you want, then you must introduce 5 euros (in 1 euro coin, 2 euros). The machine switches on. Depending on the program you have decided, the wait varies.

We have bikes, where can we put them?

Meeting at the Reception, the hostesses will give you the keys of the bike shed to be able to store them safely.

I am a person with reduced mobility, I move only in a wheelchair. Do you have suitable accommodations?

The Holiday Village is authorized to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Indeed, some apartments are fully adapted. The corridors are wide to allow the passage of wheelchairs, the living spaces also (Kitchen + Lounge) but especially the bathroom and the sanitary.

Are pets accepted?

Animals are not accepted.

Are barbecues allowed?

Barbecues are allowed with the utmost vigilance especially during the period of July and August. We do not provide it.

Is it possible to rent a tv?

It is quite possible to rent a tv, for this you must ask the Reception the details of the external service provider. The Holiday Village does not know its rates.

Do you have equipments for the babies?

We propose by reservation and according to availabilities: the baby bed (canvas) - 16? Per week, baby chair - 10€ Per week, cane stroller - 16€ Per week, baby bath - 3€ per week.

Are garbage bags and toilet paper provided? Or are they at our expense?

As soon as you arrive, you will benefit from garbage bags already installed in your apartment as well as the toilet papers. Once used, you have to take charge of redeeming them. The supermarket of the Holiday Village sells.

Can we go sort out the recycling?

Household waste, non-recyclable waste, must be deposited in garbage cans located in different areas in the Holiday Village. A recycling point for papers, glasses and other recyclables is available in the bus parking. We expressly recommend its use.

Is the beach equipped?

The beach is not equipped. She's free.

Is it possible to print documents?

You can print documents, transport tickets at the reception.

Is it possible to use the telephone inside our accommodation? What is the cost ?

You can use the phone within your apartment. Make the zero to exit and then the number of your correspondent.

We want to receive calls from outside? How does it work ?

Your contact person should initially call the Reception at +33 (0)495565758. The hostesses will transfer the communication on the room. During the closing hours the number remains the same, you must follow the procedure to switch to the apartment. You can use the telephone within your apartment. Do you propose excursions or should we organize them ourselves?

The Holiday Village doesn't organize excursions. However, outside providers offer different sports and cultural activities. You will find all the information at the reception on flyers, posters or displays.

Parking

We arrive with two cars, how can we do?

In the residence car park, located at the entrance of the Holiday Village, there are 15 places without number. The first vehicle will park at the number of the apartment, the second on one of these places.

We have a trailer, how can we do ?

You must notify the reception, who will then give you permission to park in an appropriate location.

Where is the nearest doctor?

The nearest doctor is 4 kilometers away in the town of Ghisonaccia. On the main avenue you can see a large pharmacy. The doctor's center is on the first floor of this building. The coordinates are displayed at the reception.

Who should we contact in case of emergency at night?

You must contact the fire brigade by dialing 18 or Samu by dialing 15. Emergency numbers are displayed on the reception door.

Mini golf / Tennis / Ping Pong

How can we play mini golf, tennis or ping pong?

You have to go to the bar opposite the swimming pools, in the heart of the Holiday Village. The 'Tennis' activity costs 8 euros per hour, there is a possibility to rent equipment (caution deposit). The grounds are located at the entrance of the complex. Same procedure for the mini golf. The staff of the bar will rent you the golf clubs : payment of 3 euros per adult and 1.50 euros per child (- 12 years). Ping pong is a free activity. You can also ask for the equipment at the bar in exchange for a deposit.

Where can we watch a TV program (Foot, Cycling, Rugby)?

There is a flat screen at the bar. You can ask the staff to put a particular program or channel.

Can we rent beach chairs or parasols?

We offer sun beds and umbrellas for hire.

- Lounge chair + parasol: 25 euros per week or 5 euros per day
- Lounge chair: 22 euros per week
- Parasol: 8 euros per week

Do you offer a breakfast service?

Every morning from 8.30 am to 11.30 am, a breakfast service is available at the bar. It consists of hot beverages, breads, butters, honey, jams, corn flakes, fruit juices, yogurts, chocolate bread, croissant. It is not a buffet. 7 adult breakfasts cost €52.50 per person and per week and 7 children's breakfasts (-12 years) cost €36,50 per person per week. You need a 'Breakfast' card provided at the reception.

Do you offer a Half Board or Full Board?

The half board option includes either lunch or dinner with the possibility of alternating. It costs 116 euros for adults per week and 75 euros for children of - 12 years per week. The Full Board includes lunch and dinner. It costs 232 euros for adults per week and 225 euros for children of -12 years per week.

The small supermarket is open from 7:30 am every day. You will find the deposit of hot bread, with croissants, chocolate breads and all other viennoiseries.

You don't need to register. Animations are free. Before each animation, introduce yourself in advance for the organization of the different teams.

What are the formalities for the Mini Club?

The Mini Club is located by the sea, near the swimming pools. Meet with your child on the spot to register. The facilitators will give you a form to fill out.

What are the Mini Club schedules?

The Mini Club is open daily from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm.
